To ensure product quality, we strictly follow the ISO 9001:2008 standard in the execution and control of every stage of the production process.
1. Inspection and Testing of Raw Materials
1.1Upon arrival of raw materials, the Supply Department shall provide quality documentation to the Quality Inspection Department and notify them to conduct sampling, inspection, and testing.
1.2Sampling, inspection, and testing shall be performed in accordance with established standards, and all results shall be documented.
1.3A comprehensive quality ledger shall be maintained for the inspection, documentation, and warehousing of all raw and auxiliary materials.
2. In-Process Inspection and Testing
2.1The Quality Inspection Department shall perform inspections at designated stages of the production process and maintain quality records.
2.2For mass-produced, standardized items—whether machine-made or handcrafted—quality control shall be managed through routine floor inspections and self-inspections by operators at their respective workstations.
2.3First-article inspection shall be conducted for all semi-finished products.
2.4Unscheduled and random spot checks shall be carried out.
2.5We shall facilitate spot checks conducted by the buyer or their designated supervisory representatives.
2.6A ledger shall be maintained for all quality records.
3. Final Product Inspection and Testing
3.1Before final product inspection, all inspections and tests required for raw materials and in-process stages must be completed, with all results meeting the specified requirements.
3.2Prior to packaging, the Quality Inspection Department shall inspect the finished products according to the quality standards provided by the Chief Technical Engineer; only products that pass these inspections may be placed into storage.
3.3Before products leave the facility, the packaging, quantity, grade, product designation, shipping marks, and destination shall be verified for accuracy and compliance with requirements. Once confirmed, a final product inspection report shall be completed, and a certificate of conformity shall be issued.
After-Sales Service
In the event of a product quality issue, our company will arrive on-site within 24 hours (for locations within the province) or 48 hours (for locations outside the province) of receiving notification. Following the expiration of the warranty period, repair services will be provided on a chargeable basis. Should any product damage occur during installation or commissioning due to reasons attributable to the supplier, the supplier shall provide a replacement free of charge.
